Yamiko “Miko” Jerra Key, born June 8, 2007 in Blantyre, Malawi, Africa. A son, brother, cousin, nephew and grandson. Joyful soul who touched everyone he came across. Strong believer of Jesus. He loved to hear and talk about the stories from the Bible. Dreamt of playing the violin. We will always love you. Missed by Dad, Mum, brothers, relatives and friends. Pray for us. Visitation October 2, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with a Rosary Service at 11:15 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 428 N. 2nd Street; Rockford. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:45 a.m. with Fr. Dean E. Russell officiating. Interment in Scandinavian Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established at Alpine Bank.
