Obituary

Age 90, of Woodbury, MN passed away January 31, 2022.
Preceded in death by her husband, Gene Letendre; parents, Axel and Mildred Anderson; and close cousin, Marion Lawson.

She is survived by her son, Douglas Letendre; cousins, Serena, Janet, and Jeannie; and other relatives and friends.

Phyllis graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Rockford University and a Master's degree from the University of Chicago.

Phyllis was a founding member of the Woodbury Chapter of the League of Women Voters and became president of that chapter. She was also involved with the Council of Metropolitan Area Leagues which worked on issues of housing and homelessness. Phyllis was also a member of the Watershed District in Woodbury.

She was much loved and will be missed greatly.

Funeral services for Phyllis will be held at 1PM on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home (2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury) with a visitation one-hour prior.
