Obituary
Patricia Ann Paluzzi Foster Craglow, 89, went to her heavenly home on Friday, August 6, 2021. She was born January 4, 1932 in Rockford, IL, daughter of Lillian (Stolberg) & John (Giova) Paluzzi. Married Frank Foster on September 16, 1950 and Kenneth Craglow on July 6 1982. Lived most of her life in Rockford, IL.
Baptized catholic and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church, where she was a lifetime member. Graduated from Rockford East High School, where she was a cheerleader. Worked many years in Rockford Banks & City Hall, Sweden House Lodge reservations clerk, Rawleigh products sales distributor, Banker’s Life sales agent and at many times, she worked two or more jobs. She enjoyed doing many things such as playing the piano, crocheting, sewing, puzzles, gardening, cooking, traveling, dancing and playing cards. The outstanding blessings of her life were her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a social butterfly who enjoyed being with her many friends. She so loved her little dog, Puffy. She had a heart of gold and many times put others’ needs before her own.
She will be very deeply missed by her beloved survivors daughters, Ginger Marie Foster, Renee Rose Foster Craglow; grandchildren, Hailey (Jeremiah) James, Amber (Jon Anderson) Phalen, Myles Craglow, Melyssa (Dan) Gustafson, and Scott (Oshea) Craglow; great grandchildren, Carson Phalen, Makenzie and Jeremiah Jr. James, Ryder, Rayce and Roczyn Gustafson, and Madison Rose Craglow; cousin, Joe Paluzzi; lifetime best friend, Geri Berglund. Predeceased by her parents; half-sisters, Palma, Irma, and Madeline; and husbands, Frank and Ken. Patricia’s family would like to thank her many caregivers for their wonderful care and to all who kept her in their prayers.
Funeral service will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church, 200 N. 1st Street, Rockford, IL with Pastor Jay Quinn presiding. Burial in Scandinavian Cemetery. Memorial gifts can be made in lieu of flowers to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Little Friends (autism spectrum) or the Alzheimer’s Association.
