Roberta Ione "Bobbie" Mellberg 1924—2017
Roberta Ione "Bobbie" Mellberg, 93, lifelong resident of Rockford and the Belvidere area, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017. She most recently resided at Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center in Rockford. Survived by daughters, Diane Mellberg of Rockford, Debbie (Bruce) Lundquist of Hanover, MN; son, Dr. David (Dana) Mellberg of Bloomington, MN; and one sister, Phyllis Sio of Rockford.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center Chapel, with visitation before the service at 1 p.m. Memorials are preferred to the family or a charity of your choice. For a complete obituary, go to the Fred C. Olson website at: olsonfh.com
