J. LARRY'S OBITUARY
ROCKFORD – J. Larry Richter, age 77, of Rockford passed away peacefully Friday January 18, 2019. Born in Rice Lake, WI on December 29, 1941 to Joseph Henry & Rose Esther Richter (Michelson). Larry loved fishing & hunting. He was a longtime member of the Baltic & Ellida Lodges and a proud member of Local Carpenters Union 792. He will remain in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his partner of 31 years, Merrie Lynn Johnson; children, Dina Richter, Randy (Christine) Richter, Larry (Jess Jimenez) Richter; Shawn Richter, Tracy (Wayne) Brazel, Amber Richter, Amy (Frank Ingardona) Johnson and Jeff (Michelle) Johnson; grandchildren, Chloe (Matthew), Nick, Patrick, Katie, Morgan, Josh, Jordan, Hannah, Channing, Zach, Zoe, Adam, Emily, Taylor, Alec (Olivia), Trevor and Ashley; great grandson, Jack; brothers, Robert (Debbie) Richter, Brian (Debbie) Richter, Arvid “Rick” (Susan) Richter and David Richter; sisters, Carol Lutovsky, Diane Lutovsky, Dawn Corder and Sonya (Mike) Terronez; as well as numerous nieces & nephews and many dear friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Rose Richter; brothers, Greg Richter, Gary "Ron" (Mary) Richter and Anthony Richter; brothers-in-law, George Lutovsky, Ron Lutovsky and Wayne Corder; nieces, Angelique, Stephanie, Bonnie Lutovsky and Gabriella Richter; and nephew, Robert Richter Jr. and Casey Terronez.

Celebration of Life Memorial held Wednesday January 23, 2019 at 11:30 AM at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Ave., Rockford, with visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:30 AM. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family
