Jeffrey John Lind 1955—2020
Jeffrey John Lind, 65, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at River Bluff Nursing Home. Jeff was born on May 26, 1955, to Irving and Elsie Lind, in Rockford, Illinois. He graduated from East High School and was self-employed as a handyman until a diagnosis of epilepsy in 1982. Jeff made the most of life and kept his sense of humor in spite of the health challenges he faced. He was a member of Tabor Lutheran Church. Jeff is survived by his loving sister, Karen Sue Morris (Herschel), nephews Timothy Morris, Sr, (Maria), Steven Morris (Christine), niece Becki Morris Sarandos, (Christopher) and many great/great, great nieces and nephews. Jeff w/as preceded in death by his parents. Our sincere thanks to Jeff's nurses, Mary, Perla, and Lucy and other medical staff who cared for Jeff at River Bluff. A celebration of Jeff's life will take place at a later date. Stateline Cremations is assisting the family.
