JUAN'S OBITUARY
ROCKFORD – Juan Manuel Fuentes, age 54, of Rockford passed away Monday August 24, 2020. Born in Chicago, IL on November 27, 1965 to Joseph Fuentes & Cleotilde Ruiz. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Marizela Fuentes (Martinez); daughters; Marissa & Mariah Fuentes; grandson, Zayden Kace Fuentes; mother, Cleotilde Ruiz; father, Joseph (Claudia) Fuentes; siblings, Isabel (Gilbert) Garcia, Eddie (Lisa) Fuentes and Diane Fuentes. He is predeceased by his brother, Fernando Fuentes.

Funeral Services held Monday August 31, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925 3rd Ave., with visitation from 12:00 noon until the time of services at 1:00 PM. Interment at Scandinavian Cemetery, Rockford. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday August 30, 2020 from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials to the family.
