Obituary

Linda L. Fulmer, 84, of Watertown, SD, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Lincolnshire Place in Loves Park. Born July 15, 1937, in Iowa Falls, IA, the daughter of Robert and Luella (Knode) Terveer. Linda married Todd Fulmer on May 14, 1988 in Rockton, IL.

Linda was a former member of 20th Street Church of Christ in Rockford and current member of the Watertown Christian Church. She was a Betty Boop fan, a collector of Precious Moments and loved her yorkies. She loved her family and loved beating them at card games. Her primary job was to raise her children, but she held multiple jobs in Rockford over the years, retiring from Sems Camcar in 1999.

Survived by husband, Todd; children, Steve (LuAnn) Wright of Oklahoma City, OK, Laurie Poynor of Rockford, and Lisa (Terry) Ulrich of Watertown, SD; grandchildren, Cory (Megan) Poynor, Kristin (Colin) Edmison, Jennifer (Tony) Cooper, Marc (Aimee) Wright, and Taylor, Abbey & Katey Ulrich; great-grandchildren, Cole & Kailynn Poynor, Maddix Edmison, Jace & Mackenzie Cooper and Myles & Jude Wright; special niece, Terri (Lewis) Wilson, as well as other nieces and nephews; and father of her children, Bill “Billy” Wright. Predeceased by her parents; daughter, Judy Wright (1967); son-in-law, Steve Poynor (2013); and sister, Shirley Espy (1986).

The family wishes to thank management and staff of: Senior Helpers of Rockford, Lincolnshire Place, and Northern Illinois Hospice.
