Obituary
Douglas Gish, 50, of Rockford, passed away on January 30, 2021 at his home. Born November 3, 1970, in Carlisle, PA, the son of Paul H. and Martha J. (Klinger) Gish. Graduate of Guilford High School, Class of 1988. Doug married Jennifer Caron on October 10, 2010, at the top of the CN Tower in Toronto. She predeceased him on August 1, 2018. He was a Swim Coach for Eisenhower Middle School.

Survived by his sons, Carter & Tucker Gish; mother, Martha; sisters, Lynne (Michael) Olson and Carole Cook; five nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by his father, Paul (2020).

A walk-through visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Fred C. Olson Chapel, 1001 Second Ave., Rockford. Private burial in Scandinavian Cemetery.
